Customers may schedule appointments for services by calling or visiting our website. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise, a fee may apply.
- Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. In the event of a delinquent account, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal interest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
- Warranty
Izzy Plumbing provides a one-year warranty on all services provided, except where specified otherwise. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
